Eyelid and Orbital Tumors Gallery Patient 239607
Middle aged man presented with a persistent right upper lid lesion for the last 12 months. Note the abnormal architecture in the posterior upper lid before correction. Biopsy of the site revealed sebaceous cell cancer.
A wide surgical excision with oculofacial plastic reconstruction was performed to reestablish normal eyelid function and to preserve the eye.
